We aim to resolve our guests issues quickly. So we will typically handle most maintenance tasks ourselves if they are under $200. You’ll be mostly hands-off and just collect your check each month.

Our guests’ stays are shorter than the average tenant. That means less wear & tear on your appliances. And professional cleaners are used weekly.
